Credit cards:
NVT Pty Ltd will accept credit card transaction for nvt.com.au.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. We can also accept AMEX but a 3% surcharge applies to the purchase price as the commission rates in AMEX are higher than other credit cards. All transaction received are sent via a SSL layer through THAWTE for maximum security.

Cash on delivery:
C.O.D is only available in Australia.
Australia Post has a COD charge of approximately $9.95 which is in addition to the freight cost. All COD transactions are delivered through Australia Post. Please note: Some telescopes can not be sent via COD due to the size of the packaging.

Returns, refunds or warranty:
All goods purchased from this site are based on firm sale. We can not accept the return of goods for refund if you simply just change your mind. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange within 7 days or general warranty procedures apply. If you have a warranty request we are at your service to arrange as prompt as possible the repair of your precious goods. Contact us within Australia on 1800135688 for warranty service. For outside Australia call 61 893137444 WST. All freight costs in the return of goods for warranty, credit or repair are at the cost to the purchaser.

Free delivery on telescopes applies to telescopes purchased within Australia for delivery in Australia. Free delivery offer does not apply to some Islands in and around the territory of Australia.
